LIDO: the harvesting format used within ATHENA

The new harvesting format LIDO has been made available by ATHENA.

LIDO is an harvesting schema for delivering metadata for use in the service environment of an organisation’s online collections database, portals, and aggregations, including Europeana itself. Its strength lies with its ability to support the full range of descriptive information about museum objects.
