Communication on Copyright in the Knowledge Economy

On 19 October 2009 the European Commission adopted a Communication on Copyright in the Knowledge Economy (English, French and German versions available) which addresses the actions the Commission intends to launch following recent consultations and events. It is the Commission?s response to the Green Paper of 2008.
